All of our wall beds are QC tested, certified safe and durable. Only the most premium thick wood materials are chosen to be coated with our waterproof & anti-scratch melamine finishing. Our wall bed include special features such as Family-Safe™ (auto-stop and anti-slam function for kids and seniors), Flexi-Angle™ (to set the frame for airing and ventilation), EverLast™ spring mechanism (10X more durable for smooth opening and setting), with supreme weight support of up to 300kg.

4. How do i choose my perfect wall bed, in 3 simple steps?

Step 1: Choose your wall bed type (to fit your house space)

Check your floor plan or consult your interior designer to determine the suitable wall bed dimension:

1a) Vertical or horizontal wall bed? Vertical wall bed offers best space saving; while horizontal wall bed allows more decorative space.

1b) Queen size or super single size? Queen size is popular for master bedroom/living room/studio unit; while super single size is popular for guest room/kids room/dining.

1c) Thickness of your mattress (in inches)? 6” and 7” is the most compact for space saving and is perfectly comfortable for restful sleep. We can customize by deepening the bedframe to fit in mattress up to 9”.

Step 2: Choose your wall bed frame color (to fit your interior design style)

We have a variety of contemporary modern color you can choose from below, to match your home renovation and style. Consult your interior designer if needed.

2a) Frame color: White (popular), warm white (popular), yellow grain, dark blue, black walnut, apple wood.

5. Where can I view your wall bed and furniture?

Most of the wall beds and furniture models we have on display in our office, including various combinations of hidden wall bed (horizontal/ vertical/ queen/ super-single), coffee/ dining table (extendable), chairs (ottoman), other add-ons (cabinet, sofa, wardrobe, bookcase) and etc.

6. Is it compulsory to mount the bedframe on the wall?

For safety and security purposes, we highly recommend our reversible wall mounting, which can be dismantled and relocated if needed for shifting.

7. Can i shift the wall bed if i move house?

Yes, our space saving wall beds are designed to be flexible and modular detachable, so that you can easily transfer our wall bed along to your new home. Contact us for fuss-free dismantle and shifting. Additional fees applicable.

8. How do I place an order?

10. How soon will be the delivery date and installation?

All wall beds and furniture are custom-made to your requirement, hence would require transition time (4-8 weeks) from the factory.  We will try our best to fulfill your preferred delivery date.

We seek your understanding that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing, shipping or customs delays. In the event of a delay, InnFinest™ will contact you to reschedule.

Bed installation can take up to 3 hours typically.

11. How can I be confident of my purchases if I don't see the products in person?

We believe in quality. We ensure that we achieve high quality standards on every product we sell.

Our quality control process involves inspecting the products and testing them for defects and other product-related quality matters.

We identify and correct the defects before we release them to our customers.

This isn’t simply about the final inspection. It’s about adopting the right manufacturing procedures and controls throughout.

We select only the best manufacturers that adhere to best industry practices right from the raw material selection to processing and finishing.

Through our quality assurance process, you will have peace of mind and a positive shopping experience with us.

12. Do you sell used, refurbished or reconditioned furniture?

No. All our products are brand-new from the manufacturer in their original packaging.

13. What happens if I find the same product elsewhere at a lower price?

14. Can I self-collect the furniture myself?

The products you ordered may not be available immediately for collection.

Our customer service team will inform you when the products are available for self-collection.

15. How will I know if my current mattress will fit into your bedframes?

Standard local mattress sizes (Singapore) are as below:

Important: Kindly check and ensure that your mattress thickness matches and able to fit into the wall bed frame before order.

16. Will I get better prices if I make a bulk purchase?

For bulk purchases of more than 5 similar items, please contact us at support@InnFinest.com for a special quotation.

17. I need the delivery urgently by today (Or tomorrow). Can it be done?

We review each urgent delivery request individually. Please let us know what items you require delivered and we will get back to you if it is possible. Additional fees will be applicable.

18. What happens if the furniture doesn’t fit well at my place after I have purchased it?

Our customer service officers will be happy to assist you with the product dimensions and details for you to make the best possible informed decision.

Alternatively, you may also refer to the dimensions on the product page before making the purchase. As such, all custom-made wall beds are non-refundable once being processed by the factory.

19. Can you dispose of my old furniture when my new furniture arrives?

Currently we do not provide furniture disposal services.

Many Town Councils provide free disposal of the first (3) moveable bulky items per month, with the exception of certain items.

A fee may be chargeable by the Town Council for the removal of additional items.

We recommend that you contact your Town Council for their free bulky disposal service at least 1 week in advance.

For private properties, please contact your building or estate management for assistance.
