Warranty & after-sales service

1.All of our wall bed comes with 5 years warranty on spring mechanism, on metal frame, on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), from date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to support@innfinest.com with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability.

2.Unless otherwise specify, the rest of the products comes with 1 year warranty from the date of delivery, subject to normal usage conditions and adherence to the instructions for use recommended by the manufacturer. In the event that the product needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, the repair will be undertaken by our after-sales technicians providing that: the product has not been subjected to shock, immersion, etc. the problem has not been caused by inappropriate handling, fair wear and tear or failure to maintain the product (e.g. clogging); the product has not been repaired in any way by any after-sales service other than that of our store or been interfered with by any person not approved by the seller; the product has not been modified in any way from its original condition.

3.The following are NOT covered by warranty: pillows, bolsters, mattress protectors, foam mattresses, and all clearance/1 Set Offer/ Display Set/ Prizes items. Warranties do not cover wrongly assembled products that are assembled by the customer. Warranties are covered for local orders only and are not applicable to products exported out of local country.

InnFinest reserves the right under this warranty to refuse or reject any and all warranty claims for any reason whoatsoever if, following InnFinest's consideration of the circumstances, damage to the product was not caused by defects in manufacturing or materials. InnFinest reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange or substitute the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on. InnFinest must be notified of all warranty claims within 7 days of discovery of the circumstance resulting in the warranty claim. Warranty applies only to original purchaser and is not transferable. InnFinest reserves the right to make improvements and/ or changes to products any time when a warranty claim is made. Any warranty is only for replacement, repair or substitution of all or part of product in InnFinest's sole discretion, refunds are not available under any warranty.

To the full extent permitted by applicable law InnFinest will have no obligation or liability under any warranty beyond the pecuniary value of a product, and in no circumstance, including (but not limited to) negligence shall InnFinest be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, losses, costs or expenses including but not limited to: property damage, loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breath of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. Statutory rights which cannot be excluded are not affected. 

What products are covered by the warranty?

  • Products Purchased at Our Official Store

    We guarantee the highest quality of the products purchased at our store. Our system will keep a record of all the orders placed. Every furniture is covered by our extensive aftersales warranty package. We pride ourselves to provide the best Customer Service Experience with every wall bed purchased.

  • Products with Manufacturing Defects

    If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to support@innfinest.com with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation.

  • Products that Were Not Repaired By Third Parties

    In the event that the product needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, the repair will be undertaken by our after-sales technicians. Contact our service center via telephone, email or online chat.

  • Products that Fall within the Warranty Period

    Contact our service center via telephone, email or online chat, to get all necessary instructions on how to deal with the issue smoothly. 

In what cases the warranty is not valid?

  • Damages from wear and tear

    The warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear of the product, including any man-made errors and negligence.

  • Misuse or abuse

    The warranty does not apply if the product purchased due misuse or abuse, break or scratch to the product's exterior while in the customer’s possession. 

  • Not branded items/ Imitation

    The warranty does not apply to any items not branded by our company even if packaged or sold are similar to our products. 

  • Expired warranty period

    The warranty begins on the date of purchase on the purchase receipt. In case the purchase receipt is not provided, the warranty period is considered to have started 6 months after the date of manufacturing on the product or as derived from the serial number of the product.

  • Unauthorized repairing services

    Warranty is not valid when the product is being repaired by third party service organizations, engineers or technicians.

  • Unauthorized spares parts, replacement or enhancement

    Warranty does not apply to any products due to any modification from original intended uses, such as the use of unauthorized spare parts, replacement or enhancement.

  • Natural disaster/ Environmental damage

    Warranty does not apply those damages caused by natural disasters such as fire, lightning, flood, earthquake, environmental damage etc.

  • Maintenance Issue / Inappropriate handling/ Incorrect use

    Warranty does not apply if the product becomes faulty due to use contrary to the terms or conditions stated in the user guide, lack of maintenance or inappropriate handling issues.
