How do I qualify for Free Delivery?

All orders of SG$300 or more of eligible items across any product category qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. Your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator, and on the same floor as the lift landing or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. $10 surcharge per item per floor applies to no lift access deliveries; $30 Surcharge applies to special zone; no delivery to no-go zones.

How soon is the delivery date?

All wall beds and furniture are custom-made to your requirement, hence would require transition time (4-8 weeks) from the factory.  We will try our best to fulfill your preferred delivery date.

We seek your understanding that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing, shipping or customs delays. In the event of a delay, InnFinest™ will contact you to reschedule. Orders that doesn't require assembly are usually faster as they are easier to schedule.

How soon is the assembly /installation?

Depending on the customization, wall bed assembly can take up to 2-4 hours, usually install on the same day upon delivery.

What delivery options does InnFinest™ offer?

We offer the standard delivery as below.

For most standard deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS, to propose you a delivery date, when all the items are ready to be shipped. Please remember to acknowledge and accept the delivery schedule. If you reject or fail to accept the delivery 2 days before your scheduled delivery date, another schedule will be proposed to you within 5 working days.

Can i specify a delivery date and time?

To keep delivery free, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate requests for specific time/ date of delivery. We will nonetheless try on a best effort basis (no guarantees). For deliveries after 7pm, a surcharge of S$30 will be applied. You may email us at support@innfinest.com.

Can I self-collect the furniture myself?

The products you ordered may not be available immediately for collection. Please email us at support@innfinest.com for special arrangement. Our customer service team will inform you when all the products ordered are available for self-collection.

Do you provide furniture disposal service?

We do not provide furniture disposal service. It is recommended that you contact your Town Council or MCST for assistance, as they often provide this service for free or a low fee.
